Processing Time

From the moment an order is placed, the print will be shipped within 7–10 business days, which is the time required for the professional printing process. Once your order has been shipped, delivery times will depend on the destination country. Please check the indicative delivery times listed below.

Delivery Times

• Italy: 24–48 hours

• Europe: For most European countries, delivery may take 7–14 business days

• Other Countries: Delivery may take 14–20 business days
  
  

Packaging and Shipping

All fine art prints will be carefully packaged and shipped in rigid tubes, with internal protective layers of acid-free tissue paper to ensure safe transport and preservation of the artwork. 

Shipments are insured; however, the risk of loss or damage passes to you once the package have been delivered to the carrier. In the event of damage during transit, you must notify us following the instructions below.

Returns (in case the artwork arrives damaged)

When your print arrives, please take a moment to inspect the package. If you notice any visible damage to the tube or packaging, we recommend accepting the delivery with reservation, this just means noting the issue with the carrier. Doing so helps protect you and ensures we can quickly resolve any problems if the artwork is damaged.

If the package is visibly damaged, please take clear photos of the package before opening it. Then contact us within 7 days of delivery by sending clear photos showing the damage to info@marta-scavone.com.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with the Certificate of Authenticity and in their original packaging.

To exercise the right of withdrawal due to damage, you may choose one of the following options:

• Refund: Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

• Replacement: Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will ship a replacement identical to the original artwork.
  
  

Returns at the Customer’s Expense (Right of Withdrawal)

In accordance with EU law, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the purchased products. To exercise this right, you must contact us by email at info@marta-scavone.com, specifying the order number, item, first name, and last name. You can find your order number in your purchase confirmation email.

Returned items must be in their original condition, with the Certificate of Authenticity, and in the original packaging.
Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

The organization and costs of return shipping are the responsibility of the Customer. Return shipping details will be provided once you have initiated the return procedure via email. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Important: Unauthorized returns (items sent without prior notice via email) will not be accepted. Returned items must be received within 14 days from the delivery date to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Payment methods

We accept credit card payments, including Visa and Mastercard, as well as payments via PayPal.

At this time, we do not accept cash on delivery or payment upon delivery.
